The Health Care Authority (HCA) and the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) are hosting a webinar Monday, July 31 about primary care transformation in Washington.

HCA Chief Medical Officer Dr. Judy Zerzan-Thul will provide an overview of current efforts and future plans regarding the Primary Care Transformation Model (PCTM).

CMMI will give an overview of the recently-announced Making Care Primary (MCP) Model. Washington is one of eight states participating in the 10.5 year model.

Federally qualified health centers (FQHC) are eligible to participate in MCP.
