Creating Healthier Communities Together Together with our partners, we’re working towards a more holistic and equitable system where local services better support all dimensions of well-being for every community member. Social and economic factors like food security, housing and jobs determine more than 50% of well-being. Clinical care addresses symptoms, but the root of well-being begins in the community.
This website brings together practical and current tools, strategies, and information designed to help physicians and other health care providers in Washington State care for children and youth with special health care needs and their families.
