The founders of Roots of Inclusion envision a community where all people are valued members and are involved, safe, equipped and empowered. Roots of Inclusion, officially established in 2018, has been a project of its founders for the past 10 years. It began through advocacy specific for our children and then grew through a process of listening, learning, and understanding how systems impact all of us... children, families and organizations. Roots of Inclusion creates a space, both personal and virtual to, through the use of community-engaged practices, address challenges and make systems more responsive to community needs.
