Purpose of MHLN Conferences

The statewide invitational MHLN conferences provide an opportunity for county-basedMHLN team members and state and national medical home partners to learn from and network with each other about how to promote and support medical homes for children with special health care needs. The MHLN conference is based on needs assessments with team members to identify the topics that will be most useful to them in their team and other medical home roles.
